Terms of service

This Content License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Pixel Heart LCC ("Licensor") and the purchaser of the digital content ("Licensee"). By purchasing and downloading any digital content from our website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Types

1.1 Standard License

The Standard License grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased content for:

  • Personal or internal business use
  • Digital and print marketing materials
  • Websites and blog posts
  • Social media posts
  • Presentations and reports

Limitations:

  • Cannot be used for resale or distribution of products where the content is the primary value
  • Limited to a maximum of 500,000 copies or views

1.2 Resale License

The Resale License includes all rights granted in the Standard License, plus:

  • Use of content in products intended for resale (e.g., t-shirts, mugs, calendars)
  • Use in digital or print templates for resale
  • Use in print-on-demand services

Limitations:

  • Cannot be used for creating stock content libraries or similar services
  • Limited to a maximum of 100,000 sold items featuring the licensed content

1.3 Extended License

The Extended License includes all rights granted in the Standard and Resale Licenses, plus:

  • Unlimited print runs and digital reproductions
  • Use in trademark or logo designs
  • Use in large-format advertising (e.g., billboards, vehicle wraps)
  • Worldwide, perpetual usage rights
  • Sublicensing to clients or third parties (with restrictions)

Limitations:

  • Cannot be used to create competing stock image services
  • Sublicensing limited to specific projects and cannot be transferred separately from the final product

2. General Restrictions

For all license types:

  1. You may not claim ownership or authorship of the licensed content.
  2. You may not use the content in any way that is defamatory, pornographic, obscene, immoral, or illegal.
  3. You may not use the content in association with sensitive subjects without a clear editorial context.
  4. You may not redistribute or resell the content as standalone files.

3. Term and Termination

  1. This license is effective from the date of purchase and continues in perpetuity unless terminated.
  2. The license terminates automatically if you breach any terms of this Agreement.
  3. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the licensed content and delete or destroy any copies.

4. Warranty and Liability

  1. Pixel Heart LLC warrants that it has the right to license the content under the terms of this Agreement.
  2. The content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
  3. Pixel Heart LLC  shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the licensed content.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.

By using the licensed content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
