Culinary Clash Competition at InterContinental Hotel

Culinary clash is a yearly gourmet competition bringing together young aspiring chefs from Bay Area’s International Culinary Center. Each student designs a unique menu and gets to showcase their creations at top San Francisco restaurants, cooking for the public, as well as a panel of judges comprised of hotel executives, local personalities, as well as top food writers.

On March 18th, 2017 the Culinary Clash took place at Nob Hill Club and presented delicious 3 course meal by chef Carlos Bello and Sous-chef Khoa Nguyen.

Pan Seared Duck, Blook Orange-Madeira Sauce, Fennel, Fried Carrots, Potato Gratin
Lavender Panna Cotta, Meringue, Honey Caviar Salted Honney Crumble, Limoncello Sorbet
